        Are machines available for testing?

        Yes! We maintain a range of demo machines in various models and configurations.
        Heavy machines, such as HBM graders, are available for testing on a specially prepared site located directly next to our headquarters at Bruszewska 20 in Warsaw.
        Machines for green space maintenance or municipal work can be demonstrated anywhere and anytime that suits the client.
        We want you to be sure your machine selection meets your needs, so we encourage you to schedule a free, non-binding demonstration or to visit us in person

        Does the company offer warranty and post-warranty support?

        Absolutely! We provide full warranty and post-warranty service for all machines we sell.
        Our mechanics regularly participate in domestic and international training sessions conducted by manufacturers, ensuring top-quality service and expertise.

        Can I get help choosing the right spare part?

        Yes. Our spare parts department has all the necessary catalogs and is happy to assist in selecting the correct part.
        All we need is some basic machine data – including the machine or engine serial number.

        Can I bring my machine to your service center?

        Yes, machines can be brought to our service center during business hours:
        Monday–Thursday: 8:00–16:00
        Friday: 8:00–14:00
        Our stationary service is located at our headquarters, Bruszewska 20, Warsaw (Białołęka).
        We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss the scope of service via the “Service Request Form” or by calling +48 696 429 366.

        Can I request service at my location?

        Yes. We understand our customers’ needs and offer mobile servicing to repair machines at their working location.
        To schedule a mobile service, please fill out the “Service Request Form”.

        Does the company offer periodic machine inspections?

        Yes. To ensure durability and reliability, we recommend regular inspections in accordance with the user manual provided with each machine.
        For new machines, such inspections are required to maintain the warranty.

        Is it possible to request a replacement engine?

        Yes, we offer replacement engines. To check availability, we’ll need a photo of the current engine’s nameplate.
        This helps us find a suitable replacement or suggest an alternative that meets your expectations.

        Does the company offer machine operation training?

        Yes, we provide operation and maintenance training for all machines we sell.
        Our training focuses on hands-on learning, covering the operation of key components and proper maintenance to ensure longevity.

        Can I pick up spare parts in person?

        Yes. In-person pickup of pre-ordered spare parts is available by prior arrangement.
        Payment can be made in cash or via prepayment.
