A component designed to control the lateral distribution of material during grading operations with an HBM grader. Thanks to its optimized design, it prevents the formation of characteristic windrows along the sides of the blade. In practice, this means that the surface is perfectly leveled after a single pass, eliminating the need for additional grading runs.
A special module mounted at the rear of the grader, designed to immediately compact and stabilize the freshly graded surface. Through vibration and a large working area, the plates operate similarly to a roller, providing uniform and effective compaction without the need for additional equipment. This allows compaction and grading to be completed using only the HBM grader.
HBM graders are designed to accommodate the latest generation of 2D and 3D grade control systems from various manufacturers. The system is installed at our headquarters, ensuring that the customer receives a grader that is fully configured, calibrated, and ready for operation according to project and survey requirements.
